Synopsis:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), capable of providing comprehensive ergonomic assessment services at the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS).
This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is seeking capability statements from interested parties to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy in accordance with VAAR 819.7005 and the Veterans First Contracting Program.
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide ergonomic evaluations, risk assessments, recommendations for interventions, follow-up assessments, and staff training. Services may be delivered on-site or virtually, as approved by Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S). Services also must comply with OSHA and VA ergonomic standards. Preference will be given to vendors with Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) credentials or equivalent.

Interested parties shall submit a capability statement including company name, UEI, business size/status, relevant experience, and contact information and must be within a 50-mile radius of San Diego VAHCS.
