This requirement supports the BUMED Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Programs.
The support of the CQM programs requires in-depth knowledge of healthcare quality, patient safety and infection control program requirements, process issues that apply across varied healthcare delivery platforms e.g. Marines, USFFC, Reserves and SPECWAR and initiatives, as well as, the accreditation standards and like measures; familiarity with other government agencies and professional organizations; knowledge of the DoD and Navy Medicine requirements for clinical quality and patient safety programs to interpret the ongoing analysis, display of data, identification of trends and gap analyses.
The base period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin on 28 September 2025 and continue through 27 March 2026.
The proposed contract will contain four one-year options periods. The option will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 17.206(a). The Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes applicable to this requirement are R499, and 541990 respectively.
The Small Business size standard associated with 541990 is 19.5M. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website, www.neco.navy.mil and sam.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about 3 September 2025. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided
Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments.
The Government will not pay for the information received. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released 4 days after this synopsis. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award.
