Description: This RFP is a citywide contract consisting of two Components, (Component 1: On-Line Program Management System - Component 2: Payroll Services).

The New York City Department of Education (“DOE”) requests on behalf of the Division of the First Deputy Chancellor to release a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking a vendor(s) to provide a comprehensive series of data management, customer relationships management (CRM), and human resources management system and related services that allow OSP to maintain and monitor information on its career pathway programs including school program development status, partner profile information, student participation in paid work experiences, as well as providing end-to-end payroll management process for students.

This Proposal will be evaluated by a three or five-member evaluation committee. The evaluation committee's size will depend on the number of responses received and the DOE's best interest.

The committee will use the criteria listed on the RFP to evaluate each vendor (proposal). These services are being contracted out because the DOE does not have the resources or in-house expertise to provide the various inspection
