Description: The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) is seeking proposals from consultants to serve as the Labor Contract Grievance Representatives or Salary and Rating Appeals Representatives in the grievance and other administrative processes that are required by the various collective bargaining agreements between NYCDOE and various unions, and NYCDOE rules and regulations.
