1. The removal of the existing water heater and furnish

and install new water heaters at Donahue School

• The Holyoke School Department is soliciting quotes for the removal and

replacement of the water heater at Donahue School, 216 Whitings Farms Road,

Holyoke, MA 01040. The old, non-working water heater is to be removed, and the

installation of the new water heater system is to be completed per the drawings and

specifications. Furnish and install new domestic electric hot water heaters, mixing

valve, recirculation pump, and associated valves and equipment as indicated on

plans.

● Documents will be available electronically starting July 1st, 10:00 am, at

morrowj@holyoke.org

● Electronic submissions will be accepted at morrowj@holyoke.org no later

than July 21st, 1:30 pm.

• Non-Mandatory but highly recommended, a pre-bid walkthrough will be held

on July 10th at 10:00 am at Donahue School.

All work is expected to be neat, clean, and in a professional workman-like

manner. The job site will be left clean and free of debris generated from this

project. Any dust and or debris must be cleaned, and there will be no exceptions.
