DW-5.15 will be received by Willis Engineering, Inc. herein called the “Engineer” by email at

msc@williseng.net until 10:00 a.m. local time DECEMBER 2, 2025 and then at the

Engineer’s office, opened and the lowest quote shall be accepted.

The PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the

following locations:

1. Willis Engineering, Inc. 133 South Mound St., Grenada, MS, 38901 662-226-1081

The Quote is for furnishing and installing, 90 each – 3/4” x 5/8” Kamstrup AMR Water Meters.

Please send the Quote on your Company Letterhead or Company Invoice.

This project is being funded in part by Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant Program Act

(MCWI) and is subject to the rules and regulations thereof.

Minority and woman owned business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are

encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply

needs.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or to waive any informality in the best interest of the Owner.

Quotes may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the receiving the quotes for

the purpose of reviewing the quotes and investigating the qualifications prior to awarding the Contract.
