Quote Request for Supplemental Electrical Services

Westside Commons, formerly know as the Washington County Fair Complex, is requesting quotes for supplemental electrical services on an as-needed basis and sometimes for emergency electrical needs. The initial contract will be for a one-year period with an option to renew for an additional one to two years, not to exceed five years in total.

Westside Commons is located in Hillsboro, OR near the intersection of NE 34th Ave/NE Cornell Rd. The property consists of approximately 100 acres that houses the new Wingspan Event & Conference Center, several open air, agricultural based structures, open air event venues, and the Cloverleaf Building. Our facilities are managed and operated by Washington County. The County requires the services of licensed electricians and apprentices to assist with any electrical work. The majority of the work to be performed by the Contractor, will be scheduled projects. From time to time, there may be a need for an emergency response, especially during events taking place in our facilities or on our grounds.
