Summary

The City of Aurora, IL Youth Services invites you to bid on the print and design of approximately 1,300 t-shirts for the 2026 Aurora Sports Festival.

Background

All prospective vendors shall provide shirt proofs for consideration. The selected vendor shall work with our Youth Services Department on exact t-shirt quantity by early March with an expected delivery date of early April 2026. The entire T-shirt order will consist of at least (14) fourteen different colored shirts with the same logo on the front and back for all shirts. Logo colors will be different colors on each of the (14) fourteen shirts. On the back of each shirt will be a solid lettering for each.
