Aurora Sports Festival is at 11:00am on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Phillips Park in Aurora, IL. Food requested are hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers, along with chips, cookies, and condiments for 1,300+ attendees. Final order with exact amounts will be made with vendor by late April. Vendor only has to grill on site, while Aurora staff members will set up and serve the food to our guests. Vendor provides their own grill and shall also provide food trays, napkins, and serving utensils.
