Summary

The City of Aurora’s Youth Services Division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide inflatable attractions and amusement rentals for the Aurora Sports Festival on Friday, May 8, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at Phillips Park in Aurora. The final order, including specific attractions and quantities, will be confirmed with the selected vendor by late April.

The vendor will be responsible for delivery, setup, teardown, and on-site staffing to supervise all rented equipment throughout the event. Requested rentals may include, but are not limited to, rock climbing walls, a “Wipe Out”–style inflatable, obstacle course inflatables, and other similar amusement attractions. Please refer to the attached site map for the proposed setup layout.
