The City is seeking Bids to establish a unit price contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction services for the City’s Quince Orchard Shared Use Path Project as well as perform reconstruction improvement work as indicated. The work includes installation of a new shared use path, replacement of curbs, sidewalks and aprons, stormwater improvements, lighting and other related work as described herein.

The estimated duration of Construction of the project to include final acceptance and administrative “close out” is 485 calendar days or less.
