The Owner invites tenders for:
Demolition and disposal of existing structures and equipment; Removal of underground utilities; Expansion of a valve chamber; Concrete and metal works; Supply and installation of process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment; Screw pile installation; construction of steel frame structures; Relocation of a chemical storage and injection system; BC Hydro civil works; remodeling of site and landscaping; New utility connections; 265m of Sanitary Forcemain installation; Gravity Sanitary Sewer; Roadworks; Commissioning Services

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration,
tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 4722-002-11 - Quibble Creek Pump Station Upgrades ” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
