Quartzsite Welcome Guide — 2026–2027 Edition

The Town of Quartzsite is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the production and

delivery of the Quartzsite Welcome Guide, 2026–2027 Edition. The Welcome Guide is a

Town-sponsored, pocket-size guide for visitors and residents. The guide contains no

advertising and includes community information, points of interest, services, businesses,

calendar events, climate information, primary service phone numbers, a community map,

clubs and organizations, lodging, transportation, religious institutions, and other relevant

information.

Scope of Work

Quotes shall include the total cost for production, printing, boxing, and delivery of the

completed guide to Quartzsite Town Hall.

Specifications

Size: 4” x 9”

Binding: Saddle stitched

Page Count: 32–40 pages, including cover

Paper: 70 lb. gloss book, self-cover

Color: 4-color CMYK

Proof: Vendor shall submit a proof to the Town Manager for review and approval prior to

printing.

Content Review

The vendor shall submit a draft Table of Contents to the Town Manager for review and

approval no later than July 10, 2026. Content shall be similar to the existing guide.

Delivery Requirements

The vendor shall deliver 10,000 copies, boxed with a maximum of 125 guides per box, to

Quartzsite Town Hall no later than August 14, 2026.

Quote Submittal Requirements

Interested vendors shall submit qualifications and a written quote to the Town Clerk no later

than 5:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026.
