This project will consist of the installation of new metal roofs on the two quarters buildings at the Williams Ranger District complex and installation of a new metal roof on the Spring Valley Cabin on the Kaibab National Forest, and installation of a new metal roof on the Apache Maid Cabin on the Coconino National Forest. Optional items include the evaluation of existing rafters and fascia of the two quarters buildings, and installation of a new metal roof on the Spring Valley Cabin bunkhouse. The new roofing systems shall include all the manufacturer’s compatible accessories including, but not limited to, underlayment, adhesives, roof jacks, vent flashings, edge and corner components, valley components, drip flashing, etc.
