The Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management (DOGRM) is currently seeking vendor to make quarterly deliveries/ shipments of survey supplies to two separate offices.

The following supplies will be shipped on a rotating quarterly basis as scheduled below. DOGRM reserves the right to make edits to quantities requested with 30-day notice prior to shipment. Changes to which office supplies will be delivered to can be made with prior arrangements with winning supplier.

Standard Supply Order Per Quarter:

• (1 Box) 451PG Wire Flagging 4x5x21 FLO PINK (1000 flags per box)
• (1 Box) TXPG1300 PRESCO GLO PINK flagging (12 rolls per box)
• (1 Box) TXOG1200 PRESCO GLO ORANGE flagging (12 rolls per box)
• (1 Box) 229 AERVOE SURVEY FLO PINK paint (12 cans per box)
• (1 Box) 222 AERVOE SURVEY FLO ORANGE paint (12 cans per box)
• (1 Bundle) ½” x 1 1/2” x 48” lath (50 lath per bundle)

Items requested above should be ordered and shipped. If issues obtaining requested SKUs occur similar items should be sent to contract point of contact for approval. Items should be received by 15th of scheduled month

Delivery Schedule & Location:

ODNR – Salt Fork: first of month of July & January.
ODNR - New Philly: first of month October & April.
