Quarterly Inspections for Three (3) Cooling & Heating Units

SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a vendor to provide quarterly inspections on three (3) heating and cooling units at Upstate's downtown hospital (750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210).

1. Provide four (4) cooling and heating inspections per year on three (3) units
2. One (1) coil cleaning and one (1) humidifier canister replacement per year
3. Provide response to Upstate’ for emergency service within two (2) hours
4. Provide Performance Inspection with a comprehensive inspection report listing work performed, defects found and corrected and any recommended corrective action
5. Services to be performed from 6:00PM to 12:00 AM
6. Inspections should be completed in January, April, July and October

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance certificates.
