Quarry Raw Water Supply Project (Contract "E")

Sealed bids for construction of the Quarry Raw Water Supply Project (Contract "E") will be received until the closing time of April 29, 2026 @ 2:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted by the Bidder electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Any bid received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Base Cost of all Bids will be posted by the Owner/Engineer to the QuestCDN website within approximately 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The Work to be completed shall consist of construction of ± 28,000 LF of 24" raw water main, complete with bores, fittings combination air valves, driveway and road replacement, grassing, erosion and sediment control measures, and all related work for a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work will be a maximum of 335 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
