Description

The project will result in tank repairs and coatings to the Clearwell No. 1 prestressed concrete ground storage tank located at James E. Quarles Water Treatment Plant at 4402 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia, 30068 in Marietta, Georgia. The project includes mobilization, tank access, removal of existing coatings, concrete repairs, application of coating to tank exterior (painting), application of coating to yard piping and valves, replacement of drainage stone around the perimeter of the tank, cleaning of work area, and restoring all landscaping within project work area.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all Bidders beginning at 10:00 a.m., local time, January 27, 2026, at the Project site (4420 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia 30068). A tour of the Project site to follow.
