This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Full and open competition.

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey (USGS) Forest & Rangeland Ecosystems Science Center (FRESC) of Boise Idaho requires a qPCR machine as described in the attached Salient Characteristics.
