Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a quality assurance software suite from DevonWay as a sole source because of the compatibility with existing equipment. The software must meet minimum specifications essential to maintaining OSU’s 10CFR50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1 compliant quality assurance program, including tailored process and document workflows, archival systems, and audit tracking functionality. The platform must be compatible with OSU-NSETH-519000-TECH-001-R1. It must include a configurable dual-syringe workflow engine, support advanced data migration procedures, and seamlessly integrate with existing records and system architecture. The software must also meet Department of Energy-recognized compliance standards for data integrity and documentation traceability. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than July 18, 2025.
