This RFP requests responses from potential contractors to provide quality assurance and improvement services for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other disabilities, Money Follows the Person, as well as aspects of the PathWays for Aging program. This Contract has three components, Component A, Component B, and Component C, and each can be bid on together or separately. |
