Project Description: Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from Qualified Environmental Professionals (QEP) to assist in implementation of the grant by preparing an inventory of sites within the Target Areas and conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments, providing programmatic support and community engagement and reuse and remediation planning. Proposals shall not exceed the total budgeted grant amount of $1,445,000.00.
