Description

The City of Saco seeks proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive sanitary sewer capacity assessment of the Route 1 Corridor north of the Mill Brook Business Park. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing and future wastewater collection system capacity necessary to support current customers, planned growth, and potential future development within the study area.

Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to Howard Carter, Director of Water Resource Recovery Department by emailing WRRDCompliance@sacomaine.org. Due date for questions is Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 4:00PM.
