Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services & Environmental Due Diligence for Puckett Ferry Rail Site (PFRS) in Greenwood, South Carolina

Greenwood County is requesting Qualification Statements from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence services on the Puckett Ferry Rail Site (PFRS). The PFRS contains approximately 127.76 acres, located at 304-308-404 Puckett Ferry Road and 123 Raye Road, bearing the tax parcel ID #s 6877-946-745; 6887-056-816; 6887-031-805; and 6877-916-676. Additional scope could include overall design services for future development of the PFRS as the Engineer of Record.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain information about Engineering Firms interested in providing expert professional, technical, and advisory services listed in the Scope of Services at the discretion of Greenwood County. The information obtained will be utilized by Greenwood County to evaluate each interested firm based on the criteria outlined in this Request for Qualifications. The award of any contract or agreement is contingent upon the receipt or availability of adequate project funding.
