Quail Creek 2026 Street & Drainage Improvements - Merriam, KS

Sealed proposals for the QUAIL CREEK 2026 STREET & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, in the City of Merriam, Kansas will be received from qualified bidders by the City of Merriam, Kansas at 9001 W 62nd Street, Merriam, Kansas 66202 until the above time at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. All contractors who plan to submit a proposal on the project are requested to attend.

All proposals shall be made on a printed proposal form included in a bound Project Manual containing the specifications for the Work and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City of Merriam, Kansas and marked “QUAIL CREEK 2026 STREET & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS.”

The project is generally described to include but not limited to pavement replacement of the neighborhood streets including:

• 69th Street from Frontage Road to Antioch Road

• 69th Terrace from Kessler Street to Grandview Street

• 70th Street from Kessler Street to Antioch Road

• Kessler Street from 69th Street to 70th Street

• Grandview Street from 69th Street to 70th Street

• Eby Avenue from 69th Street to 70th Street

• Benson Street from 69th Street to 70th Street

• Slater Street from 69th Street to 70th Street

Additional improvements will include isolated curb & gutter replacements, sidewalk replacements, ADA ramp replacements, inlet top replacements, stormwater pipe lining and/or replacement, and pavement markings.
