Thank you for your quote in response to QSP 2023-01.
The Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) has reviewed the quote received for the subject project. At this
time, the Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) is canceling and not awarding this project. MHA has
determined in the best interest of the Authority to reject the quote received in accordance with Section 3.0,
subsection 3.1 of QSP 2023-01 of the project. The quote was outside of MHA’s independent cost
estimate/budget.
