The Lowell Housing Authority (the Authority) is seeking proposals for Architectural and Design and Construction Administration Services by licensed engineers and/or designers to create plans and provide contract administration for the replacement of a fire pump and associated piping, valves & new concrete pad to be included at City View Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01854.

Briefing Session/Site Visit: A scheduled briefing session shall take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Interested designers shall meet at the Administrative Offices located at 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854.

The bid has been extended and is now due on Friday, November 21, 2025 @ 11:00 AM. Please see Bid Addendum #1.
