The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) desires to procure a contractor to form, pour and finish three concrete pads to support alum tanks. Actual concrete pours shall occur Monday – Thursday, all other work can occur Monday – Friday, as long as the Wildlife Drive and Loop Trail are accessible by the public.
