Synopsis

QLess will provide queuing software to be utilized by the Clerk’s Office providing customers the ability to schedule appointments for its locations, minimize lobby occupancy, and use of mobile app with IOS and Android Operating Systems. Qless is the only product that offers three different ways to notify customers, who are waiting remotely, that it is their turn to be served. Customers will be notified via SMS text, email or mobile app. Qless is the only vendor that offers an app for both IOS and Android mobile devices.
