QAELEC29SB Electrician for state highway buildings in Queen Anne's County on the Eastern Shore

MDOT SHA Centreville Shop is soliciting bids for a company with a master electrician to bid on electrical repair work for state highway buildings.  This is almost entirely 120 and 240V single phase work in or around buildings.  This does not cover work inside a generator or under a highway.  Pricing is by the labor hour on site. Please have a stocked van.  If you need to leave to buy parts, that time is not billable.  Please price your time on the facility accordingly.  Parts are billed at MSRP pricing or a reasonable markup.  The markup percentage is listed on your price form.  SHA can also buy parts and materials for you to install, if you want us to buy them.

We cannot pre-pay for anything or put a deposit down.  This is not residential work, this is for a large instutitional customer, the state.  We can only pay for work performed.  Please invoice us within 30 days of completing the work.  Our default payment terms are net 15 days for a paper check in the mail.  Free ACH transfer (eCheck / direct deposit) available.  If you accept credit card and do not charge an additional processing fee to SHA, our preferred payment method is card for invoices under $5,000.  However, you are not requried to accept card.  It just gets you your money faster.

All work is to be invoiced and itemized.  Please do not send an invocice with a lumps sum. Show the hours works, the labor rate, and line item cost.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
