Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C25225R0072 for Home Oxygen Delivery services for the following VISN 12 facilities and their catchment areas: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI; William S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison, WI; Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI; Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI; James Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL; Edward Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL; Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL; and VA Illiana Heath Care System in Danville, IL.. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around August 4, 2025.

The Government intends to award a 5-year firm fixed price ordering period IDIQ with five (5) one-year priced periods.
