THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought Notice only and is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 Market Research, in order to conduct market research. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a guarantee to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. This announcement is based on the best information available at this time and is subject to future modification.
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking a contractor that can meet/exceed the government s objectives for the following requirement VA Atlanta Healthcare System TeleRadiology Physician Services. The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Teleradiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VA Atlanta Healthcare System. The VA Radiology Services are accredited by The Joint Commission and follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor providing Teleradiology services shall provide services consistent with The Joint Commission (TJC) and that meets or exceeds VA and the American College of Radiology Guidelines as defined in this document.

Contractor shall furnish services for the VA Atlanta Healthcare System located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur GA 30033 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

All interested contractors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey. The Principle NAICS Code is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a business size standard of $19.0 Million. The anticipated performance period will be November 1, 2024 October 31, 2025, with the possibility of four (4), one (1) year option renewals to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Responses will not be considered as proposals, and no award will be made to interested parties in response to this announcement.

Contractors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements should submit a response of no more than 10 pages in length. The Government will not review any other data or attachments that are in excess of the 10 pages. Companies should provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate their capability to fulfill these requirements.

Interested and Capable Companies shall furnish the following minimum information:

1. Business name, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, person of contact name including telephone number, address, email address, and company website.

2. Business size and small business size classification if applicable (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a) etc.). Is your company Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCert) verified?

3. Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS.

4. Capability statement providing clear evidence to substantiate the capacity to fulfill this requirement as stated above. How would your company handle the quantity of interpretations expected. How would you provide the number of board certified radiology physicians that have historically been needed to provide teleradiology services? Does your company have a MOU/ISA with the VA?

5. A summary of previous experience providing Teleradiology Services for the Veterans Health Administration or other healthcare entities. Provide company name, address, person of contact telephone number, email address, and value of each project.

6. Do you need to subcontract any portion of work to provide these services stated herein?

7. Do you intend to submit a proposal if a solicitation is issued.
