THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). A solicitation is forthcoming and is anticipated to be released on or around 9 April 2025.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Systems (SLVHCS), in New Orleans, is anticipating setting this requirement aside 100% for SDVOSB to locum(s) companies for the below positions:

Medical Assistant (Audiology Health Technicians)
3 Audiologists Services

Seeking highly qualified staff that are local and will not involve airfare travel to minimize costs. Station is currently unable to recruit these positions.
Services shall be provided at SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.

Anticipated four and half years IDIQ from May 1, 2025, to September 30, 2029. Actual start date of candidates will be after completion of credentialing and background check. Anticipate need/start date is May 1st.

NOTE: The NAICS code is 561320, Temporary Help Services, applies and the Size Standard is $34.0 million.

SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be verified in www.vetBiz.gov. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted.

Offeror s capabilities response to this Notice shall be limited to 5 pages and shall include the following information:
Offeror s company name, SAM unique ID, Federal Tax ID, address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address
Offeror s capability to meet this requirement including any current contracts (Civilian or Government). Years in business of providing staffing is an example of information that can be provided. Response must show clear and convincing evidence that your company has the capabilities and qualification to provide this service to be considered as a source. SDVOSB and VOSB shall also show evidence that they will perform 51% of the work. All parties are asked to identify any subcontracts that shall also be utilized.
Offeror s type of business. State SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, and/or small business. Same verification for/with subcontractor.
Note, if applicable, GSA/FSS contract number AND/OR Open Market, as this notice is being used for purposes of verifying market research and length of time.
