NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Houser, Stacy under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
To provide Speech Therapy services for the Tsi’ii’ahi Community School.
The anticipated delivery is August 21, 2026.
