Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26120D0027. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to University of California, Davis. per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26120D0027 from $10M to $12M to permit additional Emergency Department Physician services to eligible veterans in the area.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Specialist prior to 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time, 29 November 2024, via email to lydia.anderson@va.gov. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
