Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, Orlando Veterans Administration Medical Center (OVAMC) located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 33467 intends to solicit a request for proposal (RFP) from contractors for Off-Site Teleradiology Services.

The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the OVAMC under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract type. The authority for this procurement is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.

The VA anticipates issuing a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) solicitation for this requirement on or about February 15, 2024. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments from this website. No hard copies will be made available.

Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 04-25-2025 through 04-24-2026 for the base period.

The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the responses to the RFP submission process.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) under the applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://sam.gov. Registration in SAM is free and potential Offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contract can be awarded to any Offeror not registered in SAM.gov.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621512 (Diagnostic Imaging Centers) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million. The classification code is Q522 (Medical radiology). The solicitation will be issued as an SDVOSB set aside.
