This is not a solicitation, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Any information received as a result of this sources sought does not restrict the Government to any type of solicitation, if one is issued. Description of Requirements:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is requesting capability statements from contractors that provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) services for the following counties within Little Rock, Arkansas:

Chicot
Cleburne
Garland
Izard
Lonoke
Ouachita
Prairie
Pulaski
Union

Responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this notice with a statement of interest on a company letterhead. At a minimum, the following information shall be provided:
1. Company Name
2. Company Mailing Address
3. Point(s) of Contact including telephone number(s) & email address(es)
4. Socio-Economic (i.e. Small/Large Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), etc.) as it relates to NAICS Code 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) ($30 Million).
5. Provide a summary of the type of services that your CNH facility provides.
6. Company UEI number and confirmation that company is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.
It is the intent of the Government to issue a competitive multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type solicitation after all market research has been completed.
