The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 10 Contracting Office has a requirement for nursing home services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Rd. Battle Creek, MI 49037. Facilities to be located in the counties of Calhoun, Kalamazoo, Kent, Ingham or Ottawa, State of Michigan. The Contractor shall furnish all nursing home services and supplies in accordance with the RUG IV Levels of Care . Solicitation number, 36C25022R0110, is being issued as an RFP. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15.
