Pyramid Model Training & Authorized Materials Access

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of authorized Pyramid Model training services and access to official Pyramid Model tools and online modules from Pyramid Model Consortium (PMC) as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. The selected contractor must meet minimum specifications including authorization to provide training using official Pyramid Model materials, access to copyrighted online modules, and qualifications required to fulfill the state’s grant deliverables for building Oregon’s statewide capacity to implement the Pyramid Model. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by November 25th, 2025 11AM PST.
