Hamilton County’s 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) covering programs and services provided by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) will be available for public review by September 10, 2025. The CAPER will also be available at: https://www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/government/departments/planning_and_development/community_development/index.php . Any citizen comments received on or before September 25, 2025, will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
