Needed Service or Supply: Purchase, removal and installation of a Liftmaster Variable speed heavy duty gate operator. Model number HDSL24UL. Wireless edge kit (Part Number: WEDKITU) and a 3 phase converter (Part number: 3PHCONV) Ordering Location and Address: 3294 Elklick Rd. Bethel, OH 45106 Project Background: Qty- 1. The gate operator on the Law Enforcement compound is no longer functional and needs to be removed and a new operator purchased and installed. The chain, loop and keypad are all to be reused. Specifications/Scope of Work : Remove old gate operator, furnish and install new Liftmaster model HDSL24UL gate operator, wireless edge kit WEDKITU, and Three phase converter 3PHCONV utilizing existing sensor loop, chain, and keypad that is compatible with the operator. A site visit must be performed prior to bidding. Delivery : 3294 Elklick Rd. Bethel, OH 45106 Completion/Delivery Date: ASAP Point of Contact: Bryan Curless Assistant Manager bryan.curless@dnr.ohio.gov 513-205-7025 Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. |
