Sealed bids for "SPICER ROWING BARN ROOF REPLACEMENT" will be received by the
Town of Groton at the Town Hall Annex, 134 Groton Long Point Road (across from R. E. Fitch
High School) Groton, CT until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on March 6, 2025, and then at said
office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and
designated as bid for “SPICER ROWING BARN ROOF REPLACEMENT". An Affirmative
Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to
apply. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for opening of bids. Any bid
received after the time and date specified will be returned unopened.
