Specifications : Full shingle replacement with architectural shingles and all associated materials.  Also includes new gutters and downspouts on all 4 sides of building.  Existing shingle roof will be removed and discarded.  All trash/discarded material is to be cleaned up and removed off property.

From the ground, the roof is approximately 16 feet in height at the gutters and 26 feet in height at the peak.
Roof square footage is approximately 11,189 square feet.

Building roof dimensions are approximately 167 feet by 67 feet.

All measurements are approximate for guidance purposes only.

Color will be “brown” as close to the original roof color as possible.

E valuation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.
Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.  Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
