Project Description: The City is seeking a Membrane Equipment System (“MES”) Supplier (“MESS”) to provide design of and equipment for the Mary’s Creek Water Reclamation Facility (“MCWRF”). The membrane equipment system shall be designed for an initial AADF of 10-MGD with future expansion to an AADF of 15-MGD and ultimately to 30-MGD by modular expansion.
