PW RFP for Bonds Ranch Road from Wagley Robertson to Hawks Landing CPN 103278

Project Description: The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Reconstruction of the existing two-lane Bonds Ranch Road to a four-lane divided neighborhood connector. This project includes intersection improvements with traffic signals at Wagley Robertson Road and Fossil Springs Drive, and the extension of Wagley Robertson Road north of Bonds Ranch Road. Approximately 5800 LF of proposed storm drain, 750 LF of 16” and 36” proposed water line, and 350 LF of 12” proposed sanitary sewer will be installed. Major drainage channel grading is included at the drainage outfalls. The project also includes street lighting, pavement markings, signing, and utility adjustments throughout the corridor.
