PW CSP - 105176 - Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant Phase IV Expansion

Project Description: Construction of a new 35-million gallons per day (MGD) expansion of the existing Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on the existing plant site. Facilities and improvements will include:
[1.] Liquid oxygen (LOX) storage and vaporizers [2.] Ozone Generation Building and associated ozone generation equipment [3.] Ozone Contact Basins with side-stream injection and off-gas destruct equipment [4.] Coagulant chemical storage area and feed pumps [5.] Treatment Structure with rapid mix basins, flocculation basins, and plate settler sedimentation basins [6.] Granular media biological filters with an administration space located atop the filter pipe gallery [7.] Filtered water break tank with vertical turbine backwash pumps and membrane feed pumps [8.] Membrane Building with membrane filtration system facilities and plant chemical feed equipment [9.] Chemical storage tank area [10.] Washwater Recovery Basins and Recycle Pump Station [11.] Electrical Building and related electrical systems throughout [12.] Civil site work including grading, dewatering, vaults, excavation and excavation support, paving, and yard piping. This includes sanitary sewer relocation and a new NSIII finished water pipeline. [13.] Instrumentation and controls and physical security measures for an integrated and operation system.
