2023-PW-13 Asphalt Overlay

Sealed Bids for the Asphalt Overlay Project will be received by the City of Chesterfield Department of Public Works, 690 Chesterfield Pkwy W, Chesterfield, Missouri, 63017-0760 until 10:00 a.m. (prevailing central time) on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the asphalt mill and overlay of North Goddard Avenue, Old Baxter Road and Justus Post Rd, including but not limited to the removal and replacement of full-depth pavement and base, curb and gutters, as well as pavement striping. The awarded Contractor shall have 30 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. All work will be completed between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm M-F.Plans and contract documents will be available on 12:00 noon, Tuesday, July 25, 2023 for download from the City's website (http://www.chesterfield.mo.us/request-for-proposals.html)
