Bid Description:
M&S Development LLC, on behalf of Bennington County Industrial Corporation and
Putnam Community Health, is seeking proposals for Construction Management services
for the construction of site, infrastructure and a multi-story mixed-use building. Only preconstruction
services will be authorized at this time. The construction is estimated to cost
in the order of $28 million. Qualified construction managers interested in this project
