Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on the 15th day of January 2026 in the University Services Building 20A, 6924 Wicker Avenue, Hammond, Indiana 46323. 1. Northwest Campus - Hammond - Northwest Campus – Hammond – Classroom Office Building Ground Floor Renovation Phase III – 2026 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on December 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. CST. The meeting will be held in the Classroom Office Building (CLO), located at 6933 Woodmar Ave., Hammond, IN. Please meet in the Main Lobby/Lounge area (1H01).
