The Town of Clarksville’s Town Council is seeking proposals to purchase and renovate
this property for commercial use. The site is currently zoned as VPCZ and surrounded by B-2 zoning.
Proposals shall be in writing, signed by the prospective purchaser, and received in the Economic Development
Department Office, Suite 208, 2000 Broadway, Clarksville IN 47129 Attn: Tammi Gibson, no later than 4pm on
Friday, October 23, 2026, or by email to tgibson@townofclarksville.com by the same date and time.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this notice and the published
Request for Proposals.
